The webinar was presented by Amedeo Papi (GHD NZ BIM and Digital Solutions Lead - Property and Buildings). Amedeo led the BIM planning and implementation, coordination, Common Data Environment (CDE) setup and management, QA/QC procedures, clash detection and resolution on a diverse range of projects, including defence, mixed-use, residential, sports, education, industrial and commercial. He has a strong, multidisciplinary education and professional experience, which includes working in architecture as Registered Architect (Italy) and in engineering as Technical Manger in the challenging field of renewable energy power plant development. His creative R&D-oriented and innovation-driven mindset encompasses reality capture and programming, developed also through a 9-year collaboration with Academic Research Centres in Europe exploring the potential of data integration and pioneering the application of advanced digital hardware and software technologies to Architectural Engineering and Construction sectors.
